Application :- A screw conveyor is used in conveying and handling. It is used in conveying material such as Cereal, Grain, and Pulses. The material that is to be conveyed is fed by the inlet box. Endlessly rotating helical screw blades, attached with an elongated rotating tube assist the material to stir towards the destination. The helical blades are directly connected to the motor. Application :- Duck Type Aspiration Channel is used to collect dust particles and Light Impurities, hulls, from the material.Aspiration channel collects lighter particles from the material with the suction air created by pneumatic fans.Air can be managed through moving plates in the upright body. The sucked light particles can be inspected by transparent acrylic glass placed on the front of the machine. Movable plates are controlled by adjusting knob located outside the body.

Application :-This is used to damp wheat very rapidly with a uniform distribution of the added water over all parts of each grain up to 5% moisture can be added.
Features :- Grain enters the machine via, a metered quality of supplementary water is added at the wheat feed point and is mixed through at the high speed rotor. The rotor blades are set at an angle, propelling the grain towards the outlet. The Continuous friction of the kernels helps to distribute the water uniformly. The wheat kernels spin slowly along the jacket sheet towards the outlet, accelerated by the rotor and the effect of centrifugal force.
Application :- Automatic Dampening Machine. It is used to moisturize the grains which contain different percentage of moisture to arrive at required fair and faultless moisture rate in flour, Pulses and Maize mills.water is sprayed into the grain and mixes with it. The blades push the grain mixed with water to the grain outlet. Avoids grains breakage minimize the wear of rotor and prevents its unbalance thanks to limited operational speed. The water distribution to kernel is fast and uniform with though penetration and absorption.

The Raw material gets into the machine by the way of an inlet hopper. Two rolling stones crush the whole grain into fine flour. A hand operating knob placed under the inlet hopper flicks the slide gate, resulting in reducing the speed of the process. Vertical shaft and thrust bearing make the process smooth. Fine ground flour is subsequently thrown out with the help of the outlet segment.
